Pilates

A class for all experience levels that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. The moves in this class tend to target the core, although the exercises work other areas of the body as well.  Modifications are suggested for beginners and for those with physical concerns or limitations. Pilates is a challenging yet safe method to sculpt your body and feel increased agility in your everyday movements.

Therapeutic Yoga Indoor Class

This is a gentle yoga class designed to assist students in managing side effects, boosting immunity as well as learning modifications for poses based on any limitations.  Mindful attention will be on the breath and alignment which is a very important tool in calming the nervous system and binging mind, body and spirit into balance
