The Cancer Survivors Park will be located on a 6.8 acre site along the Swamp Rabbit Trail in downtown Greenville. It will occupy the space below the Chamber of Commerce building, stretching from the edge of Falls Park at Church Street to the edge of Cleveland Park at the Cleveland Street Bridge.

The park will transform a currently inaccessible and overgrown piece of the trail into a unique blend of gathering spaces and natural walkways that provide a place of renewal and healing for anyone who visits. In addition to a restful park setting, the space will include a central pavilion, specialty gardens, and sculptural and educational elements. The park will also house numerous community programs designed to help anyone learn to live with cancer, or any life-altering illness or loss.

When construction of the park is complete, the regular maintenance and supervision of the park will be turned over to the City of Greenville. Ongoing programs and projects for the park will continue to be the responsibility of Cancer Survivors Park Alliance and its organizational partners.
